Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Out of respect for all of our clients that could have gotten an appointment and weren't able to, and our staff working by appointment only,  below is our cancellation policy.
 
 
  • We require that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment. This allows time for another client to be offered your appointment time, as we do have an active waitlist 

     *   100% of service will be charged for all missed appointments 

     *    50% of service will be charged for all cancellations under 24hr notice

  • Repeat no shows or late cancellations, will require future appointments to be prepaid in advance.
  • Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and will be subject to the cancellation/no show policy.  
  • Late Arrivals
    If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment...Full price of scheduled service is still required for payment.

 

Our business is appointment based. When you book an appointment, Pure Envy makes sure your Therapist is there early for your appointment, set up, and ready, with respect for you and your time.  
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in life..please always TEXT asap if you have a challenge.
